MARIA BEEKMAN
ABOUT MARIA BEEKMAN
Maria Beekman currently serves as the President of ALL D.R.I.V.E. LLC. In addition to that role, she is also the lead Admissions Specialist for Milwaukee Area Technical College, West Allis campus. She is also a member of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team working to create a safe and welcoming environment. Maria is a Qualified Administrator (QA) with the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) assessment that assesses the cultural competence for individuals, groups, or entire organizations.
Beekman has earned a Counseling Degree and is currently working towards completing her Master’s Degree in Christian Counseling. She has a passion for helping, motivating and encouraging others to reach their full potential regardless of their situations. Maria also specializes in facilitating professional development workshops, keynote speaking and participating in several panel discussions on a variety of topics.

DEMETRI BEEKMAN
ABOUT DEMETRI BEEKMAN
Demetri Beekman currently serves as the Executive Director for ALL D.R.I.V.E. LLC. He is also the Executive Director of Equity and Inclusion for the Department of Public Instruction in Wisconsin. He previously was the Co-Director with the Center 4All of CESA 6 focusing on diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. With over 20 plus years of educational experience, he has served as a physical education teacher, a 4th, 5th and 6th grade classroom teacher, an Assistant Principal at the elementary level, an alternative K-12 school in Milwaukee, a Directing Principal at the elementary and middle school level and Director of Equity and Educator Development for the 7th largest school district in the state of Wisconsin.
Beekman has earned two Master’s Degrees in the areas of Curriculum & Instruction and Administration & Supervision. He is currently in the final stages of completing his Doctorate in Supervision of Teaching and Learning.
In addition to his experience in education, Demetri is the all-time NCAA Division II basketball assist leader. He was also a boys varsity high school basketball coach while teaching with the Milwaukee Public Schools for seven years where he was awarded Coach of the Year during that time.
