The Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI®)

All D.R.I.V.E. LLC utilizes the Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI®) to assess, evaluate, and elevate cultural competence. You will complete an individual assessment, discuss your results with a Qualified Administrator through a 1:1 coaching session, and then plan action steps based on the results.  Through personalized instruction and 1:1 coaching, we guide individuals and teams in understanding and navigating cultural differences. Our approach fosters an inclusive environment that enhances innovation, collaboration, and growth.
